Refunds
Refunds go to your original payment method within 10 working days of the piece reaching us.

Pre-owned pieces
Each pre-owned piece carries a condition grade and photographed list of any flaws. Flaws shown before purchase are not grounds for a return, but you may still return the piece within 14 days in the condition it arrived.

Condition review
Returned pieces are compared with photos taken before dispatch. If we disagree about condition, a senior Client Advisor reviews the case and shares the photos with you before any decision.
